In fact, she's so good she's even been asked to narrate Peter & the Wolf and Roald Dahl's Three Little Pigs with a London orchestra in front of a live audience! Kathy's a keen ukulele player and in addition to reading our stories, she's provided the musical interludes on this site too

Once described by “The Independent” as one of radio’s “great and enthusiastic communicators”, she particularly enjoys writing for children, especially when it comes to dreaming up unusual experiments to demonstrate the wonders of the natural world.

- For nearly ten years Annie was an actor, working in children's theatre and repertory across the country. She fell into television presentation by mistake, and has worked as a broadcaster ever since. Annie is mother and grandmother, and she's been reading stories and fairy tales to children for more years than she cares to remember!

- Having worked in the broadcasting industry for nearly 20 years, Alan Smith has built a reputation for having a warm, engaging delivery and is a big fan of accents and voice characterisations.
